General Terms of Sale

All sales by NYXELIS PTE. LTD. are governed by these Terms of Sale. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Orders & Pricing: Quotations are valid for 30 days if not otherwise indicated in the quotation. Orders are binding only upon our written confirmation. Prices exclude shipping, taxes, and duties unless stated.

Delivery & Risk: Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to buyer upon handover to carrier. Title remains with us until full payment.

Returns Policy

• Hardware:Returns accepted only for defective items under manufacturer warranty. Contact support for RMA authorization before returning any goods.
• Software:All software license sales are final. No refunds or exchanges once license key is delivered.
• Process:Contact us with invoice details for warranty claims. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty: Hardware is covered by manufacturer warranty only. We facilitate claims but provide no independent warranty. Software sales are final once license key is delivered.

Liability: Our total liability is limited to the order value. We exclude indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.

Software License Notice

NYXELIS PTE. LTD. distributes software licenses only. The End-User License Agreement (EULA) is between you and the software publisher. We are not a party to the EULA and make no warranties about software performance. All software sales are final once the license key is delivered.
